Career chronology of Gabriel Oliveira

Also known as Gabriel Francisco de Oliveira Costa. Born 1993-02-07 in Mauá, São Paulo, Brazil. German-Brazilian professional futsal player.

1. Youth in Brazil — União Mauá, Ribeirão Pires, Palmeiras (2000–2011)

   Began futsal at age 7 at União Mauá in Mauá, São Paulo; later played for Ribeirão Pires (U13–U15) and Palmeiras under-17s.

2. Early pro years in Brazil (2011–2016)

   Played professionally for Barão de Mauá, had a short spell at Santa Ernestina, then AABB and São Bernardo, including two seasons in Brazil’s national futsal league.

3. Move to Germany — Gütersloh and HOT 05 / Hohenstein (2017–2023)

   Moved to Germany in 2017. Joined HOT 05 / VfL 05 Hohenstein-Ernstthal; won the German futsal championship in 2018 and again in 2020; debuted in the UEFA Futsal Champions League in 2018.

4. German national team (2021–present)

   First capped for Germany in December 2021. Captained the side in Euro 2026 qualifier matches against Ukraine, Romania and Cyprus (2024–2025).

5. MCH, Belgium, and return to MCH (2023–present)

   Left Hohenstein in 2023 and first joined MCH Futsal Club Bielefeld, then moved to Real Elmos Herentals in Belgium, and later returned to MCH in the Futsal-Bundesliga.

6. Icon League — Two Stripes United (2025–present)

   Joined Two Stripes United in the Icon League in July 2025; reached the Final 6 semi-finals in Vienna (Season 3) and Zurich (Season 4).
